My Field Crew (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides field-service management software at myfieldcrew.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and application.
Who this applies to
- Account holders — business owners and team members who sign up for My Field Crew
- End customers — people who submit booking requests or pay invoices through a tenant’s booking page or payment links (data is stored on behalf of that business)
Information we collect
Account & business data
- Name, email, password (stored hashed), business name, and role
- Clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, routes, booking settings, and related business records you enter
- Uploaded logos and branding images
- Team invite and login activity (e.g. last sign-in time)
Booking & public pages
- Information customers submit on your public booking page (name, contact details, address, preferred times, notes)
Payment information
We do not store full credit-card numbers. Platform subscriptions and optional Stripe Connect onboarding are handled by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy.
Technical data
- Session cookies required to keep you signed in
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps)
- Address geocoding may use third-party services (e.g. OpenStreetMap / Nominatim) when you use map features
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the service
- Process your platform subscription and enable Stripe Connect for your business
- Send transactional email (quotes, invoices, booking notifications, password reset, team invites) when you use those features
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with law and prevent abuse
How we share information
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, Stripe, and similar vendors who process data on our instructions
- Your business — data you enter about your clients and jobs stays in your tenant workspace; your team members see data according to their role
- Legal — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain account and business data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward so you can export records or reactivate. You may request deletion by contacting support@myfieldcrew.com.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
- Update account and business information in the app
- Request access, correction, or deletion via support@myfieldcrew.com
- Cancel your platform subscription through the billing flow or by contacting support
Children
My Field Crew is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
