Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of My Field Crew at myfieldcrew.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
My Field Crew is a cloud-based field-service platform for small businesses, including scheduling, client management, quotes, invoices, routes, team access, and optional public booking pages.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- Each business workspace is separate. You are responsible for activity under your account and team invites.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business.
3. Platform subscription & billing
- Access requires an active platform subscription (currently $19.99 per month in USD unless otherwise stated on our site).
- New accounts may include a free trial (currently 14 days). After the trial, Stripe charges the payment method on file unless you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Fees are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s terms apply to payment processing.
4. Stripe Connect (customer payments)
If you connect your own Stripe account, payments from your customers for invoices are processed between your customer and your Stripe account — not as part of your My Field Crew subscription. You are responsible for your Stripe relationship, refunds, taxes, and compliance for those charges. My Field Crew provides software to create payment links; we are not a party to your customer contracts.
5. Your content & data
- You retain ownership of data you upload (client lists, job details, etc.).
- You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store customer information you enter.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to breach security or access other tenants’ data
- Overload or interfere with the Service
- Resell the Service without written permission
7. Availability & changes
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features or pricing with reasonable notice where practicable. Material price changes apply to future billing periods.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES, REVENUE, OR ACCURACY OF GEOCODING OR THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY FIELD CREW AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service by canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; export data before canceling where possible.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
